Solar Power International Mission
The Solar Power International is a collaboration between the Solar Energy Industries Association and the Solar Electric Power Association. The inaugural show of the conference was in 2003 and was designed to advance the solar industry of the world by bringing together solar products, people and development opportunities all under one roof.

The Solar Power International focuses on creating the worlds best solar conference that focuses on exchange ideas about furthering solar energy development in the United States of America and around the world.

The conference is also designed and produced by Solar Energy Trade Shows. These events supply companies in the solar industry with various solutions to assure their success in the solar market. Solar Energy Trade Shows events offer the best networking opportunities, value and visibility. The Solar Power International Conference is unlike any other conference in the world. All of the proceeds go to support the expansion of the solar industry through year round research and education events and activities. The primary mission of the SPI is to execute on the missions of the SEIA and SEPA. It’s goal is to do this all in a way that makes the solar energy industry stronger both domestically and internationally. It does this by creating amazing networking and education opportunities as well as en exciting marketplace where buyers can connect to suppliers.

The Solar Energy Industries Association
Created in 1974, the Solar Energy Industries Association is the national trade association of the solar industry. The Solar Energy Industries Association is made up of over 1,100 member companies that are focused on building a healthy and strong worldwide solar industry. The SEIA is the unofficial voice of the the solar industry and it works diligently to make solar a mainstream, viable energy source by expanding into new markets, removing barriers to the market and educating the general public of the benefits of solar.

Solar Electric Power Association
The Solar Electric Power Association is a non profit dedicated to helping utility companies integrate solar power technologies into their portfolios, to help benefit the companies themselves, their customer and the good of the public. SEPA is made up of over 900 utility members. One of the cool things about SEPA is that it provides and unbiased solar market intelligence, cutting edge technology information, new business model plans and peer-to-peer interaction throughout the solar community. From developing new business strategies to co-hosting events like the Solar Power International Mission, SEPA helps utilities make wise choices when it comes to solar technology.
